On 1 April 1999, Lara Neer joined
the staff of the NHA as the Project Coordinator. In 1996, Lara
graduated from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia,
U.S.A., with a B.A. in International Affairs. Upon graduation
Lara was employed by Columbia Gas System in their Customer Service
Department.
Subsequently, Neer went to United Way
Services and was an Assistant Project Manager for the United Way
Annual Campaign. She is from Bon Air, Virginia, U.S.A.
